The originally German Outdoor brand, Jack Wolfskin, is sold again.
First, Blackstone purchased the majority from private equity companies. Secondly, it passed it on to another group of PE companies. Thirdly, those sold it to the US golf market leader, Callawy.
Now Hongkong based ANTA Sports took over Jack Wolfskin.
Already, ANTA Sports owns Fila, Amer Sport, Salomon, Arc’teryx , Atomic, Wilson Sporting Goods, Louisville Slugger.
