Kimberly-Clark took over Kenvue, the maker of brands like Tylenol and Neutrogena.
The purchase price is US$40B.
Kenvue used to be the Johnson & Johnson consumer health division, prior Pfizer Consumer Health, prior Pharmacia & Upjohn consumer health division.
Among others, Kimberly-Clark is adding the brands Band-Aid, Benadryl, Listerine, Neutrogena, and Johnson’s Baby brands to its portfolio.
