Saban Brands announced a license agreement with the Parigi Group.
It covers the labels Small Paul and Paul Frank for kidswear.
Collections will range from infant and toddler up through tween for both girls and boys.
They will hit store shelves Fall 2013, just in time for back to school sales and will be available at specialty and department stores nationwide.
Parigi Group holds licenses from brands like Puma, DKNY, Lucky Brand, Nicole Miller, and Timberland.

Die Aufsplittung der Kategorie Heimtex ist wenig sinnvoll. Jede Lizenz erfordert Abstimmung, Betreuung und Koordination mit den anderen Partnern. Lizenzen für Mini-Nischen sind daher selten profitabel, für Lizenzgeber und Lizenznehmer.
Pardon the pun. But you have to be a real fan of Marmite to follow the brand. UK confectionery and snack maker Zetar has announced a licensing agreement with Unilever to make Marmite branded nuts.
The deal to take effect in October this year will see Zetar’s natural snacks division Humdinger manufacturer and sell Marmite branded nut products.
Zetar currently owns the rights to other branded products such as Hello Kitty confectionery and Guinness-branded nuts.
Brand Matter, owner of Ellen Tracy, has announced four new licensees and the expansion of four current partners.
Sole Creations licensed slippers, Bolan Trading towels and bath textiles, Classic Slipcovers for sofa slipcovers, and Alok Industries for bedding.
