The licensee is Victoria Classics, launch was in March.

Adidas sells Rockport
Adidas sells its Rockport brand to competitor New Balance and Berkshire Partners.
The transaction has a value of ~280 Million Dollars and is supposed to close in 2015. Adidas will have to take a write-down in the double digit Millions.
