The licensee is SL-Spirit GmbH, which already holds licenses by Escada and Joop!.
Product is scheduled for Spring/Summer 2015. Distribution will be through specialty retailers, department stores and the Basler online shop.[:]

It seems, with its focus upon mass markets, or Billion Dollar brands, P&G is not suited for premium or luxury. At the same time, Puma has been struggling a bit of late.[:]
