Revlon signed a brand license for cosmetic bags.

The licensee is Accessory Headquarters, the territory is worldwide.

Kenneth Cole announced to license the core business of its brands in the USA to Global Brands Group.

The license covers menswear, womenswear, and kids wear as well as handbags. It is for the labels Kenneth Cole New York, Kenneth Cole Reaction, and Unlisted, A Kenneth Cole Production.

The kids wear license has been with Kids Headquarters.

According to licensemag, Hang Ten has entered into six new licensing agreements with:

JGR Copa for beach accessories

Island Surf Company for shoes

Zeon America for watches

Silver Buffalo for drink ware and wall decor

OTTO International for bags

Nomis Canada for apparel

Nachdem Coty das P&G Prestige Geschäft übernommen hat, übernimmt nach Medienberichten Revlon nun Elizabeth Arden. Der Kaufpreis soll US$ 870 Millionen betragen.

Elizabeth Arden ist Lizenznehmervon Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber und Christina Aguilera. Von Liz Claiborne übernahm es Juicy Couture, Lucky Brand und Claiborne. Weitere Lizenzen sind von Alberta Ferretti, Elizabeth Taylor, Mariah Carey, Britney Spears, Badgley Mischka, Gant, Geoffrey Beene, kate spade new york, Rocawear, Giorgio Beverly Hills, Ed Hardy, True Religion und BCBG Max Azria.

Beide Unternehmen verkaufen in über 120 Ländern. Zusammen sollen Umsätze von rund US$ 3 Milliarden realisiert werden.
