Black & Decker expands home appliances

Black+Decker has signed brand licenses with Bradshaw International and W Appliance.

Bradshaw received a license for non-electric cookware, bake ware, tools, gadgets and cutlery under the Black+Decker brand. The collection will range from pots and pans to peelers, mixers, cutlery, barbecue tools and bake ware. It will be available at mass merchants, department stores, online and club retailers.

W Appliance received a license for a line of appliances and air comfort products. It will include refrigerators, freezers and wine coolers, built-in and free standing. The air comfort products include humidifiers and fans. Distribution will be via mass retailers, home improvement, e-commerce, department stores, warehouse club, specialty retail, grocery stores, and drug retailers.

Puig acquires Jean Paul Gaultier fragrances license back from Shiseido.

The Spanish beauty company Puig has integrated the Jean Paul Gaultier fragrance line into its portfolio.

Puig acquired a majority stake in Gaultier in 2011, but the fragrance license remained with Shiseido’s Beaute Prestige International division until the end of 2015.
