Puma announced to sell a brand.
The trademarks, patents, and design rights of Swedish Tretorn-Group will be sold to Authentic Brands Group LLC. The Tretorn management will receive a license for the European markets.
Puma bought the brand in 2002.

Bulgari hat eine weitere Lizenz für ein Hotel vergeben.
Der Lizenznehmer ist Meraas Holding, das Hotel und Resort in Dubai soll 2017 fertig sein.
Das Hotel wird 101 Zimmer haben, 165 Apartments, 15 Herrenhäuser und acht Penthouse-Wohnungen.
Ritz-Carlton wird das Hotel betreiben. Ritz Carlton hält bereits eine Markenlizenz von Bulgari für ein Hotel.
Toshiba licenses Europe too
After North America, Toshiba now licensed the consumer electronics business in Europe.
Again, the licensee is Compal Electronics.
Toshiba is still looking to for a licensee to cover the ASEAN states.
Additional Bulgari Hotel under license
Bulgari has licensed its brand to Meraas Holding for a luxury resort and residential project on a man-made island off the coast of Dubai.
It will feature a 101-room hotel, 165 residential apartments, 15 mansions and eight penthouses, to be completed in 2017.
Ritz-Carlton will operate the hotel under the Bulgari brand. It already holds a brand license from Bulgari for a hotel.
