Ferrari Land, is being built in the PortAventura resort in Barcelona, and scheduled to open in 2016.
Licensee is a joint venture of the two private equity firms Investindustrial and KKR. Investindustrial also owns ~ 40% of Aston Martin, and shares in PortAventura.
Already Ferrari has a branded theme park in Abu Dhabi. It is looking for a third in Asia.[:]
