Die Lizenz läuft 10 Jahre, Lizenznehmer ist Marcolin.

Neben Ermenegildo Zegna umfasst die Lizenz auch die DOB Marke Agnona, und sowohl Sonnenbrillen als auch Korrektur-Brillen.

Vorherige Partner waren De Rigo und Viva International.

Ferrari ist eine der erfolgreichsten Lizenzmarken. Nun veröffentlichte es seine Lizenzeinnahmen.

Demnach erzielte Ferrari Einnahmen i. H. v. 92,5 Millionen Euro und einen Nettogewinn i. H. v. 50,8 Million Euro.

Mit dem Ergebnis kündigte Ferrari Besitzer Fiat an, die Markenrechte wieder in ein Niedrigsteuerland zu transferieren. Schon einmal lagen diese in der Schweiz, dann wurden sie nach Italien gebracht.

Insgesamt meldete Ferrari 2012 einen Umsatz von 2.43 Milliarden Euro und einen Nettogewinn von 244 Million Euro. Rund ein Viertel seines Gewinns erzielt Ferrari demnach mit Lizenzen.

Licensing revenues in 2013 were 92.5 million euro with a net profit of 50.8 million euro. One of the most successful licensing businesses generates roughly a fourth of the company overall profits.

At the same time Fiat, owner of Ferrari, announced to move the licensing business into a low tax country again. The business has been conducted out of Switzerland, before it was moved to Italy.[:]
