As original fitness brand Reebok can benefit from athleisure, yoga, and home fitness. Some licensing opportunities exist. So there is room for growth.

Dutch Philips is selling its home appliance business, with an annual revenue of about €2.2B.

The buyer, Hillhouse Capital, will be granted an exclusive brand license for Philips and various other brands for 15 years with a renewal option.
