Valentino S.p.A. announced a ten year license agreement with Luxottica Group.
This is the third Valentino licensee after Marchon Eyewear Inc and Safilo Group.
The ten year agreement will start in January 2017.

German premium water brand Adelholzener Alpenquellen has given a license for Korea.
The licensee is Nongshim.
Two types of the sparkling water are available — mineral water and lemon. A 500-ml bottle is priced at 1,800 won ($1.5) at convenience stores.
Badgley Mischka sold
Badgley Mischka and a licensee were sold to Titan Industries, Inc.
The purchase price was $16 million in cash.
Badgley Mischka had been bought by Iconix in 2004.
