Jil Sander moves eyewear license
Jil Sander had an eyewear license with Marchon. Now it has signed with Rodenstock a global brand license. Rodenstock will design, manufacture and distribute sunglasses and corrective glasses. Both lines will be available in May.
German fashion brand Jil Sander and the Rodenstock Group have announced a strategic licensing alliance to create Jil Sander men’s and women’s eyewear, starting with the 2015 collection.
Years ago Rodenstock had a subsidiary for its licensed business, Nigura, which included many top brands like Reebok. Then it dropped all licensed business.

G-Star holt Schuhe inhouse
Die Niederländische Marke G-Star gab bekannt, dass sie nach neun Jahren die Schuhlizenz vom Britischen Lizenznehmer Overland Shoes Limited zurück inhouse holt.
Die erste inhouse Kollektion wird Herbst-Winter 2016/17 sein.
Overland Shoes hat bereits Ersatz, als neuer Lizenznehmer für G. H. Bass Schuhe.

Elite Models’ Fashion, a label of the Elite World modeling agency, has signed a new eyewear license.
The new licensee is Key Optical Europe, the license is for correctional glasses and sunglasses. Product will be available this month.
