Licensed products include instant cameras and printers, digital still cameras, digital video cameras, digital photo frames and mobile products.
The license covers the United States and Canada.
Starlight already has a license for the manufacture and distribution of Polaroid-branded flat panel TVs for retail in the U.S. and Canada.
Starlight also manufactures and distributes Polaroid-branded stand-alone DVD and Blu-ray players, portable DVD players, e-book readers, iPod docking stations and home-theater systems.
