Nautica Lizenz für Heimtex

Die Amerikanische Marke Nautica hat eine weitere Lizenz für Heimtextilien, dies Mal Bettwäsche, vergeben.

Der Lizenznehmer ist Revman aus den USA.

Produkte sollen noch in diesem Frühjahr in den USA, Mexiko und Kanada auf den Markt kommen.

Distribution erfolgt über den Einzelhandel, Ketten und Online.

Revman hält bereits zahlreiche Lizenzen unter anderem von Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, Columbia und Laura Ashley.

Asian Brand Buying Continues

The Chinese investment company Fung Brands has acquired 80 percent of Sonia Rykiel stock. 20 percent remain with the family.

Sonia Rykiel was founded in 1968, the daughter, Nathalie Rykiel, is at the helm now.

The brand is distributed in some 90 countries with turnover of 90 Million Euro, down from more than 100. But the company is still profitable.

Fung Brands is an investment vehicle, founded a year ago, by the Fung family. The Fung family is the majority shareholder of Li & Fung.

Li & Fung has been on an acquisition and licensing spree in the USA for years, buying some 11 labels and brands.

Isaac Mizrahi Jeans

Continuing its aggressive licensing and PR strategy, Xcel Brands announced a denim license.
The licensee is Sunrise Brands, LLC, thr brand of course Isaac Mizrahi.
Launch will be Fall 2012.
Sunrise Brands, LLC is a hybrid-strategy apparel conglomerate with offices in Los Angeles, New York and Hong Kong and roots in the retail private label business.

Nautica Home Textile License

American brand Nautica has issued another license for home textiles.
The US company, Revman International, is the licensee for North America for fashion bedding.

Revman will start distributing Nautica products in spring 2012 to retail outlets across the US, Mexico and Canada.

Already Revman holds licenses from Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, Perry Ellis, Columbia, Laura Ashley and others.

Kodak Markenlizenz

Brand Management Group und Kodak haben eine Markenlizenz unterzeichnet.

Die Lizenz gilt für Tintendruck-Median im professionellen Bereich.
 
BMG wird die Produkte an Print- und Copy-Shops, Inhouse-Abteilungen, Werbeagenturen, Drucker, Profi-Fotografen, Messebauer und andere vertreiben.

Nicht betroffen ist der Endverbrauchermarkt.
