Die ursprüngliche Sonnenbrillenmarke Oakley hat eine Lizenz für Bademode vergeben.

Lizenznehmer ist die Kanadische Trimera Group, die Lizenz gilt weltweit.

Die Kollektion soll sowohl Schwimmbekleidung für Wettkampf als auch eher modische Textilien beinhalten. Hinzu kommen Accessoires und Taschen.

Der Vertrieb erfolgt sowohl über die Oakley Kanäle als auch den klassischen Fachhandel und Kauf- und Warenhäuser.

Die Handelseinführung ist zur Messe in Miami geplant. Im Handel wird die Ware ab November 2012 sein.

Das Russische Wort Kreml bedeutet Festung oder Burg.
Außerhalb Russlands versteht man darunter den Moskauer Kreml, oder englisch Kremlin. 

Unter der Marke Kremlin will die Russische Regierung nun Lizenzen vergeben. Keine Überraschung, zunächst für Wodka und Bier, dann für nicht alkoholische Getränke.
Insgesamt hat die Russische Regierung bisher sechs Markeneintragungen vorgenommen.

Ob die Marke Kremlin nur bekannt oder auch sympathisch und begehrlich ist, wird sich dann zeigen.

Xcel Brands keeps up the pace in licensing its Isaac Mizrahi brand.

It has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Burma Bibas.
The agreement will give Burma Bibas the license to manufacture and distribute dress shirts and neckwear for the Isaac Mizrahi New York brand.

S.C. Johnson & Son, owner of the Ziploc brand, signed a brand license with CTI Industries.

CTI will be licensed to manufacture and sell a line of vacuum sealing machines and pouches under the Ziploc brand.

What a nice brand extension.

Trimera Group has announced a licensing agreement with Oakley, Inc. to market and distribute its women’s swimwear globally.

The Oakley branded line will include both lifestyle and performance swimwear, as well as swim-related apparel and accessories, cover-ups, bags and hats.

Distribution will be through Oakley O Stores, Oakley Vault Stores and Oakley’s website, as well as specialty stores and department stores globally.

Launch at wholesale will be at Miami Swim Show, and in store in November 2012.
