Reported by various media, Katjes International acquires the Oral Care unit from Henkel.
This includes excellent brands like Theramed and Vademecum. The latter was licensed for gum, Vademecum Gum. The licensee was the Katjes competitor Haribo.
For a while, Katjes Group invests in Health, with vegan products, the body care brand Bübchen, and through sister company Katjes Greenfood.
