All over the internet you will find news about Kodak granting a license for optical media products and accessories to a company called KMG Digital, for example here.
But the “news” are slightly different. Because, as we reported here, Kodak granted the license already in 2006 to a company then called KMP. And if you go to the website of KMP, they announce the name change to KMG.
Even if it is legally a new license, they should have announced it as a change of name or entity, not as a new license.
