PLR IP Holdings, owner of the Polaroid brand, completed an exclusive five-year brand license agreement with Starlight Marketing for instant photography products.
Licensed products include instant cameras and printers, digital still cameras, digital video cameras, digital photo frames and mobile products.
The license covers the United States and Canada.
Starlight already has a license for the manufacture and distribution of Polaroid-branded flat panel TVs for retail in the U.S. and Canada.
Starlight also manufactures and distributes Polaroid-branded stand-alone DVD and Blu-ray players, portable DVD players, e-book readers, iPod docking stations and home-theater systems.
